Magic Specs™ frames and lenses work by activation of photosensitive cells. When worn outdoors or exposed to ultraviolet light, both frame and lenses amusingly changes color or shade as the photosensitive cells are triggered.

Blue-light blocking lenses have filters that block or absorb blue light, and in some cases UV light, from getting through and penetrating the eyes.

Magic Specs™ lenses blocks blue light of up to 77.15% in 380nm-500nm spectrum and 89.60% of in 475nm-650nm spectrum.

Magic Specs™ lenses are NON-GRADED. We currently do not offer prescription lenses either.

Wearing Magic Specs™ does not improve vision or help with any treatment or healing whatsoever. Consult an ophthalmologist or optician for professional advice on your eye health.

Our payment gateways are powered by Xendit and PayPal which accepts all major Credit/Debit cards issued locally and abroad. All online payments made in this website are already inclusive of transaction fees, shipping fees, duties and taxes.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 days from the order date and shipped from our warehouse the next day. After that, delivery will take 3 to 7 days for orders in the US, UK, CA, EU or 5 to 14 days for orders in other countries.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.

Shipping fees, duties and taxes are included in each order but we do not always guarantee a custom-friendly experience which can only will be determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes (such as duties or VAT) are the customer's responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are also not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

In the event that a package is returned or destroyed due to the non-payment of such fees, your order will be considered fulfilled.

We ship in most countries around the world except in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria which are currently subject to transport sanctions.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in resalable condition and in its original packaging.

To process your request, please contact us at hello@magicspecs.co and provide your order number, photos (if any) and the reason for your refund or exchange request.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We take full responsibility over return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees for approved return requests provided that the returned item is unworn or unused, in resalable condition and in its original packaging.

We will not honor product returns which have gone through alterations made by the customer or by other third parties (for example replacement of the lenses, hinges or other repairs).

If you'd like to accept the product regardless if it's the wrong size, missing some parts, have little defects and that will not affect normal wear, we can send you a voucher or partial-refund as compensation (excluding shipping fees).

Processing requests may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will e-mail you to confirm once your return has been received and the refund or exchange request has been processed.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. 

Please note that we do not provide any replacement, refund and exchange for orders purchased outside Magic Specs™ website.
